The staff at Wesley Preschool is professional, dedicated to children and made up of committed educators. Lead teachers have a bachelors degree (many are in Early Childhood Education). They also have classroom teaching experience. Assistants are not required to have a four year degree. All staff is required to take at least 12 hours of early childhood training workshops each year.
